We understand it takes time to try out a new product, so take 14 days! With our guarantee, if you're not 100 percent satisfied with your order from Homme Labs, we'll give you a refund for up to fourteen days excluding shipping charges. Please note that there is a $9.99 return shipping charge that will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping & Returns
Returns for International & US Orders
- A return request must be submitted within sixty days of the purchased date.
- A physical return of the item is required to receive a refund.
- Products may be opened and used.
- Maximum one return per product per customer/household.
- Each order requires its own Return Authorization. Multiple orders cannot be combined and returned in one parcel.
- A refund will be processed once the package has been received.
- The $9.99 return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Homme Labs reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our return policy.
How long do I have before making a return?
We offer a fourteen day money back guarantee to give our customers the opportunity to try our products. You have a full fourteen days to return a product from the date of purchase.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
- Homme Labs will provide a shipping label upon request for all orders shipped within the U.S. and the shipping label will be sent to you via email.
- We require a $9.99 return shipping fee for all U.S returns. International customers are responsible for paying return postage with their carrier of choice.
How do I make a return?
To start the return process please email us at admin@hommelabs.com. Kindly include the following information in your email:
- Your name
- Your email
- The product you are returning
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
Refund timing?
- The refund process may take 1-2 business days once received.
- Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
How do I find my return label?
We will email the return label within 1 business day after submitting your request.
Can I return an opened item?
- Yes you can return an opened/used item(s) for a refund.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. In certain situations descriptions and/or photos may be required.
Refunds back onto the original form of payment?
All refunds will go back onto the original form of payment. If this is no longer a valid form of payment we will be able to issue a gift card to the Homme Labs store.
Is a return of the item required?
Yes, we do require a physical return for a refund of purchase.
